- You contact the number or form on this site once bookings open, and tell us your suburb and what the door is doing.
- An independent technician talks to you directly. They ask a few questions and book a visit.
- You get a written quote before work starts. You decide whether to go ahead. We never take payment for repairs.

What a repair costs
Every job is different, so a technician's written quote is what applies. This site does not set repair prices.
For reference, one garage door company that works across the area publishes a call-out fee of A$249 for each of Ferntree Gully, Wantirna South, Glen Waverley and Ringwood, including GST and the technician's labour, with parts and further repairs quoted on top (aggdoors.com.au, checked 27 October 2026). That is another business's price, not ours.

Can I book a technician through this site yet?
Not yet. We're currently partnering with a local garage door technician for the outer east. Bookings open soon.
Does using this site cost me anything?
No. This site does not charge households a fee. When a technician partner is in place, they would pay us for referrals; you would pay only their written quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Knox (including Wantirna South, Wantirna, Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Rowville, Knoxfield and Scoresby), Glen Waverley in Monash and Ringwood in Maroondah. We only list a suburb once a partner technician has confirmed they work there.
